Regarding our company's response to the electronic provision system for general meeting materials

The revised Companies Act, which came into effect on September 1, 2022, has started an electronic provision system for shareholder meeting materials *.
Under this system, general shareholders' meeting materials for general shareholders' meetings to be held on or after March 1, 2023 will be viewed via the Internet by accessing the website provided by the Company. We will send the general meeting of shareholders materials in writing only to those shareholders who have made a request (request for paper delivery) in advance.

Shareholder meeting materials refer to stockholder meeting reference documents, business reports, audit reports, financial statements, and consolidated financial statements.
At the 114th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held in June 2023, we uniformly sent documents in writing as before, regardless of whether or not there was a request for paper delivery, but we are also considering environmental considerations by going paperless. In light of this, starting from the 115th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2024, we will provide shareholders with supplementary materials (summary version) such as a written notice containing website addresses, a voting form, and an explanation of the proposals. We will send you the documents in writing, and please check the other materials for the general meeting of shareholders by accessing the relevant website.
For shareholders who have difficulty using the Internet or who would like to receive the materials for the general meeting of shareholders in writing as before, please complete the procedure for requesting the delivery of documents by the record date for the general meeting of shareholders (March 31st). You can receive it in writing by requesting it. Please contact your securities company regarding requests for document delivery. You can also complete the procedure through the shareholder registry administrator (Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation).
