Message from the president

First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our customers and all of our stakeholders.

Since our establishment in 1938, Nissin has provided comprehensive logistics services. During this time, we have developed businesses involving ocean, air, land, and port transportation as well as warehousing and general logistics. We were among the first in our industry to expand overseas as the Japanese economy developed, and in 1968 we launched operations concerning what was then basically an entirely new kind of shipping—international multimodal transport. Today, we have built a global network spanning 24 countries and regions.

Our company name of Nissin is derived from a passage in The Great Learning, one of the classics of the literature of ancient China, which encourages the reader to strive to be better today than you were yesterday, and better tomorrow than you are today. It represents our corporate philosophy of focusing on tomorrow’s improvement rather than on today, and of proactively adapting to change.

We believe that the value of Nissin as a company depends on how we address the expectations of all our stakeholders. As:
