Regarding our company's response to the electronic provision system for general meeting materials

The revised Companies Act, which came into effect on September 1, 2022, has started an electronic provision system for shareholder meeting materials *.
Under this system, general shareholders' meeting materials for general shareholders' meetings to be held on or after March 1, 2023 will be viewed via the Internet by accessing the website provided by the Company. We will send the general meeting of shareholders materials in writing only to those shareholders who have made a request (request for paper delivery) in advance.

however, We plan to send the materials for the 114th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, which is scheduled to be held in June 2023, in writing as before, regardless of whether or not a request has been made. Please note that some of the contents of the general meeting of shareholders materials may be disclosed only on the website as before, to the extent permitted by laws and regulations and the Articles of Incorporation.
