digital forwarding service, Forward ONE, which was revamped in March 2023, has received positive feedback from many customers, and we continue to add features with the aim of providing an easy-to-use online service that is thoroughly designed with both the user and the business in mind.

Additionally, in May of this year, we began providing platform functions to Maruyama Transport Co., Ltd., headquartered in Sendai Port, and Forward ONE is being used as Maruyama Transport's digital forwarding service.

We are very fortunate to have had more opportunities to receive interest from our competitors at exhibitions and seminars.

On the other hand, we often hear desperate voices such as, "In-house development is difficult," "Development costs and a lack of personnel," and "Worried about whether it will actually be used."

These are exactly the challenges we have been trying to overcome for the past five years.

In this webinar, I would like to speak honestly with my colleagues and logistics operators about the challenges and obstacles we have faced, how we have thought about them at the time, and even some "failure cases."
