We are pleased to announce that YOKOKAI RIKUUN CO., LTD., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Nobuyuki Hishinuma), a wholly owned subsidiary of our company, will absorb and merge with KOEI UNYU CO., LTD. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Yoshihiro Kinoshita), another group company, effective April 1, 2026, and will be established as a new company, "Nissin Container Transport Co., Ltd."
Through this merger, Nissin Container Transport Co., Ltd. will concentrate its management resources, further improve the efficiency of its operations and productivity, and aim to contribute to society by providing safe, secure, and stable transportation services to our clients.
