We have received the "Platinum Kurumin Certification" based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation.

On Friday, December 5, 2025, our company received the "Platinum Kurumin Certification" from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as an excellent company for its efforts based on the "Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children."

The "Platinum Kurumin Certification" is a special certification system for companies that have received "Kurumin Certification" as "childcare support companies" and have implemented initiatives at a higher level.

Since obtaining the "Kurumin Certification" in 2022, our company has continued to promote the taking of childcare leave and other measures, as well as increasing the number of days of annual paid leave taken, and has now obtained the "Platinum Kurumin Certification."

We will continue to promote flexible and well-balanced work styles that maintain a good work-life balance, and strive to create a work environment where employees raising children can balance their work and childcare responsibilities.
