Accelerating the digitalization of Japan's trade procedures through inter-service collaboration and cross-industry policy recommendations.

Nissin Corporation is pleased to announce that, following the establishment of the Japan Trade DX Association (JTDA), it has joined as a full member, and that Takayuki Shimada, Executive Officer in charge of the DX Promotion Department, has been appointed as a director of the association.

Our association was formally established following discussions within the "Preparatory Committee for the Establishment of an Industry Association to Promote the Dissemination and Standardization of Trade DX," which was launched in March 2026. We will take over the role previously played by the Preparatory Committee and work to further promote the digitalization of trade procedures.

Our Association's Objectives and Main Activities

Our association aims to promote the healthy expansion of the trade DX market and improve the overall level of services through the following activities, while also providing an open forum for discussion where diverse players can participate with confidence.
Through these efforts, we will promote digital transformation in international logistics and trade procedures, strengthen the global Supply Chain capabilities of Japanese companies, and build a foundation that contributes to the development of the Japanese economy.

1. Development of collaborative areas and standardization of data specifications
We will promote the standardization of trade data specifications to enable diverse businesses to participate.

2. Improving interoperability between services
We will explore and promote ways to facilitate the smooth exchange of data and procedures between trade DX services.

3. Dissemination, awareness-raising, education, and fostering connections among stakeholders.
Through seminars, case studies, and information dissemination, we will promote the widespread adoption of trade DX, improve literacy, and build connections within the industry.

4. Establishment of a unified window for policy recommendations
We will compile policy recommendations rooted in practical experience and serve as a unified point of contact for dialogue between the industry and the government.

Nissin Corporation, as an international logistics company, adheres to a "field-oriented approach," raising real-world challenges from the perspective of forwarder, and contributing to the standardization of data that is truly easy for practitioners to use, as well as the expansion of the social implementation of trade DX services.
