digital forwarding service Forward ONE releases English screen - Full-scale response to overseas users -

Nissin Corporation (hereinafter, "our company") is pleased to announce that it has begun offering an English display screen for "Forward ONE," digital forwarding service developed and provided by our company. This means that this service, which was previously only available in Japanese, can now be used by overseas users.

By sharing the "Work Progress Management and Vessel Movement Tracking Function" released in June last year among domestic and international parties, we will contribute to further streamlining of import/export operations.

This support is positioned as the first step towards expanding Forward ONE overseas and increasing the number of overseas users. At present, some functions (vessel tracking, document receipt, chat function) are available in English.

Going forward, we will gradually expand the functionality to support English display screens and strengthen our collaboration with our overseas subsidiaries, with the aim of fully utilizing Forward ONE in a wide range of countries and regions where we provide international transport services.

In addition to dealing with overseas shipments, we will also develop high-added-value functions that will further strengthen our highly specialized logistics services, one of our strengths, such as a function to compare and calculate CO2 emissions, a function to estimate from other countries, and an operational support function that utilizes AI.

By promoting Forward ONE, we will realize more practical and effective digital transformation of international logistics. Please look forward to future developments and new feature releases.
