Den Hartogh Nissin Co., Ltd. to commence operations, providing international logistics services using ISO Tank Container

Nissin Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Nissin") has agreed and signed an agreement with Royal Den Hartogh (hereinafter referred to as "DH") to establish a joint venture "Den Hartogh Nissin Co., Ltd." (Den Hartogh Nissin Corporation).

DH is a Dutch logistics company founded over 100 years ago, with a strong global network and outstanding expertise in the fields of transport and storage of chemicals, gases, and bulk food products using tank containers and lorries. Nissin, on the other hand, has provided high-quality Logistics Services based on its experience in the logistics field dating back over 80 years and its extensive domestic and international networks.
The primary objectives of establishing this joint venture are to "dramatically expand ISO Tank Container business both domestically and internationally" and "promote global collaboration in chemical logistics."
By combining the strengths of both companies, the new company, Den Hartogh Nissin Co., Ltd., will provide the following value to customers, primarily in the chemical industry, both in Japan and overseas.

-Strengthening global networks: We will utilize both companies' networks to provide seamless, high-quality global Logistics Services.
​Deepening expertise: By combining DH's outstanding expertise in the tank container field with Nissin 's operational capabilities in the chemicals field, we will build a safe and efficient Supply Chain.
・ Expanding our customer base: We will provide more competitive and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in the chemicals industry.
