Notice Regarding the Reorganization of Local Subsidiaries in the East China Region

We would like to inform you that we will be reorganizing our consolidated subsidiaries with the aim of strengthening our logistics business in the East China region.
Overview
Nissin (Changshu) International Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nissin Changshu), a consolidated subsidiary, will be absorbed and merged by Nissin International Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nissin International Logistics (C) Co., Ltd.), a consolidated subsidiary, and Nissin Changshu will become the Changshu branch (sub-office) of Nissin International Logistics (C) Co., Ltd.
Purpose of reorganization
With this restructuring, we aim to improve operational efficiency and profitability through business expansion, reduce costs through the consolidation of management operations, and strengthen governance, thereby contributing to solving social issues through logistics as a "Supply Chain logistics provider."
