Notice of Completion of Business Succession through Absorption-type Split

In our “Notice Regarding Absorption-type Split“ dated January 30, 2026, we announced that, effective April 1, 2026, all of our international transportation, domestic transportation, warehousing, port transportation, customs clearance, shipping agency, and moving businesses except for part of real estate business, would be transferred to our parent company, K.K. BCJ-98 through an absorption-type company split.

We would like to announce that the procedures for this absorption-type split were completed as scheduled today. Following the completion of these procedures, K.K. BCJ-98 changed its trade name to "NISSIN CORPORATION" and NISSIN CORPORATION changed its trade name to "NISSIN ASSET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION", respectively.

There are no changes to our logistics services or structure after the absorption-type split, so we appreciate your continued support.
