Notice regarding absorption-type split

We are pleased to announce that, effective April 1, 2026 (planned), all of our international transportation, domestic transportation, warehousing, port transportation, Customs clearance, shipping agency, and moving businesses, excluding some real estate businesses, will be transferred to our parent company, BCJ-98 Co., Ltd., through an absorption-type company split.
After the effective date, BCJ-98 Co., Ltd. will change its trade name to "Nissin Corporation, Ltd." and Nissin Corporation will change its trade name to "Nissin Corporation"
There will be no changes to our logistics services or structure after the absorption-type split, so we appreciate your continued support.
