Written notice of business terms and permits

Contracts related to deposit shall be as stipulated by the latest Standard Warehouse Deposit Terms and Conditions (Part 1) at the time of conclusion of the individual contract. However, among the contracts related to deposit, contracts related to refrigerated warehouses shall be governed by the latest Standard Refrigerated Warehouse Deposit Terms and Conditions (Part 1) at the time of conclusion of the individual contract.

Deposit of specified items (items listed in the appendix of the Standard Storage Room Service Terms and Conditions) whose storage is performed as a storage room service shall be as stipulated in the latest Standard Storage Room Service Terms and Conditions at the time of the conclusion of the individual contract.

Contracts related to general port transportation business shall be governed by the latest port transportation terms and conditions at the time of conclusion of the individual contract.

Contracts related to transportation by motor vehicle shall be governed by the latest standard motor vehicle transportation terms and conditions at the time of conclusion of the individual contract.

Contracts regarding moving transportation by automobile and associated services such as packing and disposal of unnecessary items shall be determined by the latest standard moving transportation terms and conditions at the time of conclusion of the individual contract.

Contracts regarding transportation by railway and transportation by motor vehicle for the collection and delivery of cargo preceding and following such transportation shall be governed by the latest Standard Terms and Conditions of Railway Transportation at the time of conclusion of the individual contract.

Contracts regarding transportation by domestic vessel and transportation by motor vehicle for collection and delivery of cargo preceding and following such transportation shall be governed by the latest Standard Terms and Conditions of Domestic Transportation at the time of conclusion of the individual contract.

Carriage for which a bill of lading or sea waybill is issued is governed by the terms and conditions of carriage for international shipping referenced or displayed on the bill of lading or sea waybill.

Transportation for which an air waybill is issued shall be determined by the latest Standard International Air Carriage Terms and Conditions at the time of conclusion of the individual contract.
