Announcement of formulation of “Multi-Stakeholder Policy”

Based on the importance of co-creating value with a variety of stakeholders in corporate management, including not only shareholders but also employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities, we aim to work with multiple stakeholders. We will continue to work on appropriate collaboration. Based on this, from the perspective that appropriately distributing profits and results generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement to multiple stakeholders will lead to maintaining the momentum of wage increases and sustainable economic development. We will proceed with initiatives based on the importance of giving back to employees and consideration to business partners.
