Complete renewal of digital forwarding service “Forward ONE”

Our company provides digital forwarding service“ Forward ONE 」を全面リニューアルし、本日3月27日にサービス提供を開始したことをお知らせいたします。

"Forward ONE" is an online site that performs "calculation of international transportation costs, confirmation of vessel schedule and transportation space, booking requests, exchange of documents, progress management of Loading work, and vessel tracking" that is carried out between customers and forwarder. This service aims to improve work efficiency and reduce the burden on all parties involved by consistently performing the above steps.

As the first update of the renewed version, you will be able to search schedules for sea and Air transport provided by our company, instantly calculate approximate costs including overseas costs, confirm transportation space, and request bookings.

When a customer pursues trade transactions with a foreign country, it is necessary to calculate approximate logistics costs including international transportation costs, but due to recent fluctuations in sea and air freight costs, forwarder have to spend a lot of time checking costs on the overseas side. In many cases, it took time to calculate the costs.
"Forward ONE" allows you to quickly check approximate logistics costs and our transportation schedule by linking and utilizing the various freight charges, domestic and overseas costs, and schedule information that we have.

This renewed version of "Forward ONE" has completely redesigned the operation screens for estimates, schedule searches, etc. to improve usability for our customers.
In addition, we have been proceeding with secondary development since the release of the first version, and plan to start offering it sequentially by the end of FY 2023.

We will continue to provide highly convenient services to our customers and work with our partner companies to improve the efficiency of trade practices and import/export arrangements.

In the secondary development currently underway, we plan to gradually provide functions such as `` Loading progress management, vessel movement/real-time tracking, cargo insurance function, and confirmation of estimated CO₂ emissions.''

"Forward ONE" will actively work on co-creation and development of new functions with each partner company. In secondary development starting this spring, we plan to link the cargo insurance function with the insurance cost estimate calculation and insurance insurance function of ``MARINE My Page'' provided by `` Sompo Japan Insurance Inc.''.
We also plan to collaborate with the search function for international logistics costs on the digital trade platform "DigiTrad" provided by "STANDAGE Inc."
