This event, which will be held for the fourth time this year, is sponsored by Kanagawa Prefecture, the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, and other organizations, with the aim of further expanding exchanges and making great strides forward between Kanagawa Prefecture and Vietnam, which has reached the milestone of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam.
