Restrictions on the transportation of unaccompanied items Air cargo to the United States

Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you very much for your continued support regarding our overseas moving services.

Starting from November 10th, Japan time, due to the tightening of security requirements by the US Transportation Security Administration, airlines have announced that unaccompanied goods destined for North America (classified as "personal effects" and "household goods") will be shipped to North America. (item) has been discontinued. For this reason, we have no choice but to temporarily suspend handling of airmail services for customers located in North America.

In the meantime, we would like to inform our expatriates and their families that when they depart for North America, they will be asked to check in their luggage as checked baggage at the check-in counter of their airline. For information on weight and number restrictions for checked baggage, please contact the airline you are using or check the airline's website.
